Peak Physiotherapy Practice Ltd reserves the right to alter the fees charged from time to time at its discretion. All fees will be displayed on the clinic notice board.

PAYMENT BY INSURANCE PROVIDERS

Peak Physiotherapy Practice is approved by the majority of major UK private health insurers, however, due to changes by Bupa and Axa PPP in how much they are willing to pay their providers, we are no longer able to accept patients covered by these two Insurers (we are of course happy to treat Bupa and Axa PPP patients on a self-funding basis).

We will invoice your insurer at the end of each month, so please bring your membership number and authorization code to your first assessment.

Patients will retain liability for all treatment fees incured until they are paid and agree to pay all and any such outstanding sums to Peak Physiotherapy Practice upon request, even if ordinarily these would be settled on their behalf by an insurance company or other third party.
